Wow, what a year this has been! An epic year with a lot of history being made. The pandemic, wildfires, a presidential election, and a real estate market that is hitting all-time records!
Typically this time of year we see a slow down as the weather gets cooler, school is in session and the buyer activity slows down. That was not the case in October. We saw record-breaking high prices and record-breaking low inventory.
DMAR reports, "There was a record-high for average sales price for single-family detached properties at $625,100 and record-low of months of inventory at 0.81."
